Along the water, over dykes and winding paths through the dunes: enjoy the fresh sea air and explore the beautiful Zeeland landscape around Breskens by bike or on foot.

Be sure to take a walk through De Zwarte Polder nature reserve. This unique area is literally a drowned polder and consists of various landscapes with a diverse range of flora and fauna.

You can also enjoy beautiful walks through Waterdunen Breskens, which opened in 2022. The nature reserve has three walking routes and is still being developed.
